BlinsKart is an e-commerce marketplace designed exclusively for the hotel and hospitality industry, offering procurement solutions under one roof. We connect hotels with verified suppliers for products and services required in hotel operations.
2. Eligibility

- You must be legally authorized to represent a hotel, business, or organization if registering on behalf of one.
- By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
3. Account Registration
- Users must create an account to place orders.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- BlinsKart is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized account access.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
4. Products & Services
- All products listed are intended for commercial hospitality use only.
- Product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing are provided by suppliers and may be subject to change without notice.
- BlinsKart does not manufacture products unless explicitly stated.
5. Pricing & Payments
- Prices listed on the Platform are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payment must be made through approved payment methods available on the Platform.
- BlinsKart reserves the right to revise pricing, offers, or discounts at any time.
6. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment and supplier acceptance.
- BlinsKart reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
- Cancellation and refund policies may vary by product and supplier.
7. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, location, or external factors.
- BlinsKart is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events.
- Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the customer.
8. Returns & Refunds
- Return eligibility depends on product category and supplier policies.
- Requests for returns or refunds must be raised within the specified timeframe mentioned on the product page or invoice.
- Customized or bulk-order items may not be eligible for return.
9. Intellectual Property
- All content on the Platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of BlinsKart or its licensors.

Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the order placed.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BlinsKart, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
BlinsKart reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at its sole discretion without prior notice if these Terms are violated.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
